I got CS at CET (my first preferred option) during KEAM trial allotment, but it changed to CS at TKM (fourth option) during first allotment.

There are total 5 phases of counseling and 4 phases are still left. Based on previous year cutoff trend you can get a seat in the 3rd phase of counseling.
