In last year cut off in durghapur nit for chemical engineering was 54k for obc and my obc rank was 48k so can i get admission in durgapur??

I think you have a wrong information last year the maximum cutoff for chemical engineering under other state quota goes maximum to 13k rank and for
Homestate 31151 but in homestate 7th round it was the only seat left so its not compulsory that this year the case would be same.

If you are under other state quota then in no nits your maximum closing rank for obc category goes more than 16k to 18k even for female category seats .
