In Maha neet counseling online frm.it asked for religious minority certf (it said we can uplod 10 Lving cert) I uploded that & next it askd affidavit of minority.i didn't have it and I left tht blnk & submitted the frm sucesfuly.will my frm get rejected if I don't show affidavit certf in consell?

If the form got submitted there might be a possibility that the affidavit may not be that crucial or you might be provided some time to submit it later on.

But for safe side if you have time why don't you get your affidavit made from your city's local body. Issuing of certificate is not that time consuming process. You can easily get is done before the counseling starts.

You can also ask the counseling authorities to provide you with some time so that you can submit your affidavit later on.
