Both the colleges are good. And both have their own specializations, as for Balaji HR is the forte and there are good faculty (full time as well as visiting) along with placement opportunities.

Wellingkar is a great Bschool which has a good alum base and has location advantage of being set in Mumbai, so opportunities are great owing to its location. Marketing and finance is the specialization of Wellingkar.

Overall, the placements are better for Wellingkar are a bit higher than Balaji.

So considering all these factors, decide where you fit well and go for it!
