In many site i visited seen, that West begal Councelling Elligibility criteria as the candidate should be 17 to 25 year. Which one is correct ?

It's not clear for which exam you are talking about here is it about WBJEE or it is about Neet counselling under state quota. if it is about Neet counselling under state quota then the student don't worry about it as far as now there is no upper age limit in NEET. the only criteria of age is that a candidate who is appearing in NEET should be  of minimum 17 years old that is he or she should have completed 17 years age.
