Hi Uday!
Exam stress and anxiety is a very common problem which almost every student face. But you need to cope with this. I can give you some tips which you can follow to feel more confident and calm your nerves during the exam:
- Get a good night's sleep
- Develop positive self talk
- Do not think about different topics or negative or study an hour before the exam
- eat and exercise well
- If you feel nervous during the exam, take a deep breath and start the exam thinking positively that you can do this.
- believe in yourself
- If you feel like you are struggling, talk to someone.
Hope these things help you to motivate.
All the best!

Hii!
See, your problem is that you panic. So, to tackle with that problem, try talking to yourself and assure yourself that you have prepared well and everything will be fine. Try to remain calm and solve the question. Don't panic if you dont know a question. Try ommiting the options that are not possible and reach to a correct option. You can try meditation before you start with the mock test and drink some water. Try remaining calm, it will happen slowly. If you don't know a question, move ahead. Come back to it when you have time at the end. Do what you know first and then come to the ones you find difficult. Check your speed while you solve a section and then try improving when you study or solve previous year question papers. Solving previous year question papers are also very important as it gives you an idea of the way questions are asked and help you manage time accordingly.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
