in my 3years of degree i took 5 years to get it like compartmentaly passed..so will i get the chance to parsue mba from abroad

In order to pursue a degree in in Business Administration MBA from abroad, most probably you will have to clear entrance exam like GMAT, or others.

The selection procedure for different colleges are are different in terms of their recruitments on experience basis, previous academic records, and others. So, it's not that you cannot apply for foreign colleges, but if the recruiter asks you about your performance because of those compartmental exams, you will have to find a valid reason to answer him in order to get admission.
