In my aadhar my name is with initials (e.gL.ABC) whereas i have registered in my school with full name (e.gLM.ABC). Which one i should use?

Please use your name exactly as it is in your School certificates. Your application stands a chance to be rejected if the name doesnt match with your school records.
Aadhar is currently not mandatory for any application. Just apply for correction of name in your Aadhar in the nearest Aadhar enrollment center OR if your mobile number is linked with your Aadhar you may apply for correction online from UIDAI portal too.

You can use the name that is on yourvadhar card because your name and your id is firstly your adhar card than anything else. You might give the name that is in your school but that might not work. All the best!
