In my admit card, my name is mentioned as Riya Kulkarni, whereas in my Aadhaar card, it appears as Riya A Kulkarni.Does the difference will cause any issue in examination?

It is a minor difference. You can show your other government document, which shows the same name as your admit card. You can also get an affidavit, "Name Discrepancy Affidavit," stating that both names belong to the same person. This is also generally accepted. Also, if you have time, you can get changes in your Aadhar Card for the name change.
