In my all certificates my father's name is Chetan Anand (10th 12th but in my father Aadhar card his name is chethru ray shall I face problem

Yes satyam you will face problems in various exams and points of document verification.
You have to carry the documents with the actual name like driving license and voter id card.And in the end you can also make correction in your marksheets or you can also provide up with affidavit.

in my all documents my father's name is same I.e chetan anand( Pen card, aadhar card ,caste certificate 10th, 12th ,part 1 ) but my father's name in his documents is different I .e chethru ray ..at the time of documents verification they asked me for my documents or my father documents ??? Shall I face problem in future for this ..??

Yes, you might face some problem. You can submit an alternative id proof like driving licence, voter id card etc. Along with aadhar card. I think that will help. Also self attesting an declaration might aldo be helpful.
