    in my cbse board exam I wrote one question number outside the margin will cbse deduct marks for this according to the new rule which was written in tiny handwriting at the back of the answer sheet that if any question number written outside the margin then marks will be deducted

    As per the CBSE exam rules , writing outside the margin is not permitted. However, examiner might not evaluate the question.
