in my cpt june 2019 exam, by mistake i fill up wrong roll no in the empty block for roll no later on i corrected by over writing and filled

Hello,
No since you have filled your OMR bubble sheet properly then there is no reason to panic. Since OMR can scan characters optically based on the darkened bit you should have no problem. however be careful from next time onwards and do not be nervous during an examination. Hope this helps!
