in my English board exam I wrote first 6 pages neatly . but time was running fast so from 6th page I did not write so neatly but i wrote in an understable way. and I made little cuttings also.will my Mark's be deducted then my expected score meaning I am expecting 90/100 will I get 85 to90 or more

You have done nothing wrong. Most of the students also do the same they write their first few pages neatly and it automatically goes in that way. SO now worries as long as your answers are correct and readable no one can deduct the marks.
and more importantly First impression is the last impression. So the evaluator unnecessarily won't deduct your marks.!!
And coming to the scribbling part even a topper also has a few scribblings too since no one is perfect in this world so do not worry!!
