There isn't much of an issue. It is preferable, to match the name with the Marksheet since they are regarded as authenticated. You can update the information on your Aadhar card to make changes.
To update your biometric and demographic information in Aadhaar, you can go to any Aadhaar Enrollment/Update Center. However, you can also use the online mode to update your address or documents (POI & POA) in your Aadhaar.
