CB stands for Certification Body. It is a scheme by IECEE which is world's first international system for mutual acceptance of safety reports and certificates for devices related to electrical and electronics.
CAPE stands for
Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination.
It is designed to provide certification for achievements of Carribean students who have a minimum of five years of secondary education and wish to do further study.
