In my ssc certificate my name is VERMA ABHISHEK RAMAPATI then while filling my jee form how should write my father name RAMAPATI or RAMAPATI VERMA

You must fill in your name, date of birth, father's name, and mother's name exactly as they appear on your class 10th certificate (SSC certificate). According to your class 10th certificate, you have not included your father's name. Fill in your father's name as it appears on your class 10th certificate.
