in my sslc marks card I have two names purvi shivkumar angadi@purvi arvindsanjay hanji becoz my father got adopted and he took court order (decree) and changed his name and surname. so even I have court decree. now I want to use purvi arvindsanjay hanji as my name in neet application in 2022is it ok

See it may cause problems and obstructions as the SSLC certificate is used as a proof for DOB as well as the name on it would not match to those of recent documents as well as to the class 12th certificate which would be generated. To avoid this you should apply for modifications in SSLC in your regional education board office with an affidavit claiming all the changes and supported by relevant documents.
