In my tenth certificate,my name is S.JYOSTHNA & which name should be in DOB certificate, S.JYOSTHNA or SANAPALA JYOSTHNA?

As your query is your name in your tenth certificate is S. Jyosthna and you are confused that what should be the name on your DOB certificate between S. Jyosthna or Sanapala Jyosthna.
Look here I would like to tell you that, you should have earlier filled your complete name on your tenth registration paper. But now as your issue is concerned, its would be better for you to go with S. Jyosthna as a name on your DOB.
