in my upsi form i just checjed yesterday that by mistake i have uploaded the 10th marksheet in 12th one and 12th marksheet in 10th coloumn my uploading is weong rest things are correct... will my form get cancelled???

Union public service commission conducts various entrance examinations such as national defence academy,civil services entrance, indian engineering services .
Coming to main part of your question, there is no correction facility provided by the conducting body once the application is submitted. However you application may be rejected if any wrong information has been found. So, in alternative to that you can submit another application through different phone and email id. It will be accepted.
