My subjects in class 12 were phy chem bio hindi english and physical education I secured least marks in chemistry So what are the subjects that I would fill in my neet UG 21 application form?

Rahul, NTA hasn't specified the fields that you can edit during the correction window but you should be able to make changes to the Academic field when the correction window opens from January 15th to January 31st. Even if you are unable to make corrections, because your NEET eligibility is calculated based on your 12th marks and not 10th marks, you should be fine.
