In neet application form should I used 1st letter of my name in capital then small and again surname's 1st name in capital in running hand????

Hello dear aspirant.
It's fair to use first letter of your name in capital and then small and again first letter of surname as capital remaining small.
Even I also used to do the same thing in my signature.
It's fair to mark your signature in the same format in which you feel comfortable.

Yes, you can do that. But make sure that not all letters be in capital.
Your first letter of alphabet is capital and then small. Make sure that your sign with a running hand.
