No ,you don't need to carry Post Card size photograph to neet examination centre but yes you need to carry your passport size photograph to your neet examination centre

You can check the complete list of things you need to carry to you need examination centre which is given below

* Printout of your NEET examination admit card

* Your passport size photograph

*A valid ID proof of yours like Aadhar card or Voter ID or Passport etc

*PWD certificate (if it is  applicable)

* A face mask, hand gloves, a transparent water bottle and a small sanitizer.
