Look every year cutoff marks will differ basis of highest marks, students merit, questions quality, college also. This year cutoff marks is high. But in Tamilnadu SC minimum marks for admission is 240. So you have quit chance to get admission in 300 marks SC category. But it's not confirmation prediction because cutoff marks will differ. So you should target 450 atleast in SC category. So you can get easily any government medical college in Tamilnadu.
