In NEET PG 2019 IF THERE IS MISTAKE IN DATE OF BIRT HOW TO CORRECT IT ? PLEASE INFORM REGARDING THIS.

Hello Vikas,
The correction is made in the form within 15 days (i.e.on the first week of November) after the close of registration.
One week is provided to the candidates to correct the mistakes.
The candidates correct the following details
name, address, contact details, centre, date of birth, qualification and other fields.

Thanx a lot But the site is showing that name,phone no,date of birth ,email id in the first phase and it is mentioning that except these every thing could be corrected , but due to technical error or poor net work connectivity the mistake was happened.so what to do next .I have no idea.please help.

I filled my name wrong in neet pg application form !! I even mailed to the help desk !! Can I change it ?? Please help !!
