In neet pg I submitted my category as general due to some computer problem I belong to obc there any way to change before counseling

First have a look at the NEET UG 2019 important dates -

Online application release date - November 1, 2018 at 11.30 am

Last date of receiving online application - December 7, 2018

Last date for successful payment of application fee - December 8, 2018

Application correction window - January 14 to January 31, 2019

Release of admit card - April 15, 2019

NEET 2019 exam date - May 5, 2019 from 2 to 5 pm

Correction date is over and hence, sorry my friend, you won't be able to rectify the error. Anyways work hard and try to bag a seat in General Category.

NEET 2019 Application Form correction guide -National Testing Agency (NTA) started the NEET correction window 2019 for registered aspirants to rectify the incorrect details filled in the application form.NEET application form correction guide 2019 is a step-wise procedure to help aspirants to correct/rectify the mistakes filled in the application form of NEET 2019. All the registered candidates colud edit the incorrect details from January 14 to 31, 2019, using NEET 2019 correction window and now the dates have gone so no corrections can be made. Sorry friend.

Dear Lakshmi, the moment you select your Category and submit the Application form for NEET PG, you sealed the Category that you chose. Because during the correction window as well, there was no option to correct the category list as it effects the merit list. The moment you realised the mistake, you should have ideally filled in a new application form. But now, results have been declared and the qualified candidates will be called in for counselling. If you qualify in NEET PG, you qualified as a General Category student and not as an OBC student. And  if you could have been qualified if you originaly selected the right OBC category, it is quite an unfortunate incident. Eitherways the merit list is prepared keeping in mind all the category details the students have filled in. Now there cannot be changes made. The only thing to hope is that the cut off marks decrease and you qualify as a General Category student.

For NEET PG 2019, the correction window last date was December 26, 2018, where candidates could correct and edit their date of birth and category. Details mentioned in the application form are verified at the time of counseling and joining the institute. So, sorry, you cannot change your category anymore.
