Hey Simran, in such types of questions the MCQs have the options given as both a/b, b/c, a/c, etc are correct or all of the above kind of answers. Otherwise maybe there's the tiniest difference between the two answers both of which seems correct. And if both are correct then the authorities conducting the exam may provide marks accordingly. Like if answers a and b are right then either you mark a or b you'll get marks any way.
If any questions have multiple corect answers then options like All of these or Above two or such similarly options shall b egiven.
Incase there are multiple correct answers then there are chances that authorities might award extra marks on those questions, and end of the day it would be management decision
