In NIFT, will the remaining seats of other category students or differently abled students ( if any ) be given to students of OBC category?

Generally in case of vacant seat after counselling, The seats are offered to waiting list candidates or spot round counselling. But if someone confirm his seat by submitting token money then that seat will be considered filled seat. Once the counseling process ends, No one can take admission irrespective to their category. So go for all rounds of counselling.
