In Round 1 I was alloted a seat in EIE and I paid the acceptance fee while floating it. It stayed the same till the last round where I was upgraded to ECE. Since it was the last round, there were no Freeze/Float/Slide options. And now I can't seem to find the 'Final Seat Acceptance Letter'. Pls help

Since you were upgraded in the last round, your final seat acceptance letter should be available in your counselling portal login. If not visible, contact the official counselling authority with your application number and payment proof. You can also try downloading the provisional allotment letter as proof.

If you were upgraded to ECE in the final round and unable to find your final seat acceptance letter, please do the following:

1. Log in to the counselling portal from where you performed the admission process (such as JoSAA, CSAB, etc.)
2. click on "Download Documents" or "Seat allotment result" section.
3. You will find the most updated seat allotment letter. "Final Allotment Letter" will now reflects your upgraded branch (ECE).
4. If it is not available, check your email (inbox or junk) for a communication from the counselling portal or contact the counselling authority help desk.
5. Alternatively, you can visit your reporting college admission office with your credentials (it is possible that they might accept system records for the final allotment verification).

Please remember to save and print out your final allotment letter when you get it.
