in round 1,2,3 each time I have to pay 50k or once a time?

It depends on which round you want to take the seat suppose you got a college which fits your choice so you claim the seat by paying the required fees and don't go further but if you do not like the College you got in the first round you can go for the next round where the fee paid will be transferred to the next round so basically you don't have to pay the fees every round its only one time.
