hello dear,

first off all for which counselling you are asking about for any state universities or about the centrally funded colleges accordingly i can suggest you a proper solution as different state has different rules but the centrally funded colleges have only one rule to follow. So kindly you can comment in the comment section.

i appered in round 1 counselling but didnt pay the seat acceptance fee so in round 2 i was alloted no new seat but i chose float in 1. now in 3 i again filled choices and been alltd a seat now do i need to pay seat acceptnce fee in round 3 and 4 again and will it be withdrawl
