If there is any problem regarding any kind of picture uploaded such as your passport size photo or signature or the thumb impressions, you will be notified by NTA through the mail. Therefore, if you have not received the mail, it won't cause any issue. But, if you receive the mail, then re-upload the signature with a black pen.
