In state merit list what is the meaning of -1 and -5?

Would you mind telling me which state merit list you are referring to? Once you tell me that, I will answer what is meant by these numbers.

Dear Dhruvi, If you look at the endnotes given in Gujarat merit list, they explain the meaning of 1 or5 etc remarks. 1 means 'Your claim of reserved category is subject to finalize by competent authority of Gujarat State' 5 means 'Not eligible for Medical, Dental and Ayurvedic' Hope it clears. But I went to Gandhinagar for verification n now it's verified still -1has not gone

Dear Dhruvi, If you would see the category specific list of SEBC Gujarat, against every student is the remark '1' given... which simply means that claim for reserved category will be finalized after it gets verified by the competent authority. So, I think now you do not need to intervene in this... the authorities will verify your belonging to the particular reserved category by sending the documents and getting their assent for the same.
