in telangana state counselling 2. is the seats are alloted according to seat-matrix or not?

Hello Manish,

Yes, seats are alloted through the given seat- matrix only even in second round of Telangana state counselling.

These seat-matrix are provided by higher authorities and thus can't be change without any prior notification from them.

i belangs to Telangana state. my caste is BC-A . in telangana neet (state quota) counselling round-1 , BC-A caste has 136 seats (according to seat-matrix) but ts govt has alloted seats for155(BC-A candidates) members in round-1. how did it happend?
