In the 2nd round closing rank is 308P and my rank is 4310 in sc. will I get seat in the next round of counseling?

The second round of NEET UG 2019 Counseling is the confirmation round of first round choice filling and college allotment. Or you have to wait for Mop-Up round which fills the vacant seats as per score and category. If you don't want to join the college alloted to you, its fine, the fees would be refunded back soon. You could apply to private colleges, too. You need to qualify their Entrance test and Counciling or Interview to get admitted to private medical college.
