In the JEE application form..at the place for 'Method of prepartaion' i choosed self-study..but i also gave my name of college at the place they have asked for it. will there be any problem?

No, there will be no issue.

Moreover, it has nothing to do with your eligibility, it won't affect you or your eligibility for jee main at all.

This is because ,

While filling the form, the mode of preparation i. e self study or coaching etc is asked just to see that what percent of students qualify it without coaching, with self study, with coaching etc. It's has nothing to do with your eligibility so it's completely ok even if you opted self study but then filled your college's name in the place of coaching etc.

Now that, very limited time is there for jee main 2022 so to prepare well

• Revise the concepts

• practice  chapterwise important mcqs/ questions which you you would have marked for revision during your preparation.

• solve at least previous 10 year jee main question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,

• go through mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
