In the JoSAA councelling if I was allocated a seat in a round , and I didn't pay the seat acceptance fee. Can I be able to participate in pthe consequent rounds?

Hello,
If you are allocated a seat and you do not pay seat acceptance fee , then you are not eligible for further rounds(you need to pay only after the first time you are allocated a seat).
Josaa has provided options like float and slide which you can use if you want to upgrade your seat.
