Engineering not about the studious students it depends on your interest. There are lot of students who had weak score in 12th but now doing well in Engineering. Engineering is mostly about practical knowledge and intrest about developing new things. If you want to create something new and you are good in practical knowledge then you can join engineering. Here are different varieties according to your interest like if you are good in
Theory : Civil Engineering
Circuit and electric problems : Electrical Engineering
Derivational part like mechanics : Mechanical Engineering
Programming : CSE or IT Engineering
Chemistry : Chemical Engineering
And other choices are also there.
So don't afraid due to your past weakness concentrate on your present and follow your goals. A great personality said ' Nothing is harder for a human brain and attitude' so choose a field according to your choice and follow your dreams.

Thank you sir it really helped me alot to focus forward.Sir i am repeating in 12th but this time confident to score good marks coz i am really trying hard n my best.So will the one year gap affect in future placements.¿?
