In the second round of counseling the result published so far didn't tell about the students who has got admission in ews category.why?

In the result of Under Graduate Seats Allotment -2019 (Round-2) of Online All India Quota UG Counseling-2019, its mentioned that the student who have been allotted as "EW NO".
Kindly go through the link and look carefully for AIR 181, serial no. 160 who have been allotted as EW NO category.
