You haven't mentioned your query is regarding which university, but I'm presuming it's IGNOU if its so, then assignments are being submitted in online mode till now for June Term End Exams, as you'll be appearing in the December Session, so perhaps this process too will continue in the time to come due to covid pandemic, you may stay updates at ignou.nic.in for this.
