In ts eamcet 2018 first counselling i paid 70000.in third counselling I got seat again in other college fee 60000 how I get 10000 back

I will suggest you to confirm your allotted seat in the third counselling. If you do that, the seat allotted to you in the previous round will be cancelled automatically. For refund, you can visit the college for reporting and present an application mentioning the refund amount and details.

Hello,

Lock your fees will not be consumed by the college it will be adjust table in the future so that they are not giving you back you don't have to take care of that you will get the receipt of every feed taken by you.

Hello sir,I had the same problem as sachin but I got seat in 1st phase and I paid 57000.In 2nd phase,I got seat in another college and the fees is 45000.I joined the college which was alloted in 2nd phase.Now,the remaining 13000 rupees how can I get that money?where should I get that money?
