What is the process after getting seat alloted in first phase of counselling in ts eamcet and do I participate in phase 2 counselling after

Dear Sujith,

After allotment of seats the vacant seats are displayed for candidates. The second phase will be same as the first one which means yes the reservations, merit, cut offs all come back into the picture again. Just as the first round, even know all the cut offs will be displayed which will have reservations.
