BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas BTech makes you proficient at the 'technical' level (Software, Hardware, applications etc.) ... Whereas for BCA, students need to have secured good grades in any of the Arts/Science or Commerce streams. B.Tech definitely offers better opportunities than BCA after graduation but your options must depend on the type of colleges you are getting and the amount money you want to invest in graduation.
