To apply for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST), you must fill out the form when you are in Class 5.
If you're studying in Class 5 in the academic year 2025–26, then:

You will fill the JNVST form in 2025

You will appear for the exam in 2026

If selected, you’ll get admission in Class 6 in the session 2026–27

I hope you are absolutely fine. As per your mentioned query, the Navodaya application form is only for class 6th and 9th . So you can only fill form of these two classes. You have to go to their official website to fill the form. To know about the form filling kindly go through the given link:

The Navodaya Vidyalaya admissions document is filled in the class 5 stage of the education system. The entrance examination is held for admissions in the class 6 stage of the education system. Students must be currently attending a recognized school and must fit into the age requirement (typically between the ages of nine and thirteen). In addition to age requirement, the registration process should be done in the state specified in the announcement from the official Navodaya website.
