First of all congratulations for scoring a very good percentile. Since you have got 99.53 percentile in JEE mains 1 your general rank would lie around 4,700. And since you belong to OBC category your chances are much high of getting computer science branch in the good NIT's.
And coming to the NIT's in which you can get computer science branch with OBC quota are
National Institute of Technology Calicut, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, National Institute of Technology Delhi,Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal, National Institute of Technology Durgapur. These are some of the colleges in which you can get admission.
