Sorry to say this but basic eligibility requirement for any College of engineering is 50% .

So you try to do a diploma in the subject you are interested in and then you can pursue you Engineering course from second year.

That would be great but if you willing to pay huge sum of money  then you can try in private college .

Every college will have their entrance test so prepare for it.

If you  are of reserved category then you are eligible for JEE Main too.
