The only eligibility for UPSC is having attained 21 years age and passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. Even, final years are eligible to apply.
So, you can go ahead with any degree of your choice, it's entirety upto you, UPSC doesn't discriminate among candidates for its selection in regards to stream.
