Sorry to say ,you won't get any govt College with this rank ,try for private colleges

Yes you can still get into national institutes of technology bit they wont be the 1st or 2nd tier. You can aim for the 3rd tier NITs which are not so bad either. But if you have given any other entrance exam, keep your options open.
