Since you are from the domicile of West Bengal you can participate for 85% seats for state counselling in West Bengal. For other states you can apply for 15% All India Quota seats.
A candidate from a particular domicile, can apply for state quota seats in that respective domicile only. For other states he/she can apply for All India Quota seats.
