For any examination you can choose your examination centres as per your desire and convenience.
In application there are certain centres already given and you choose any centre of them.
Guwahati is the centre that is nearer and is for mizoram students.

The total application process for CA examination is online including the fee processing and disbursement of admit card.You must continuously look into the official website for application process and status. Your admit card will be sent to your email address with which you have registered into the application.The results will also be declared online. To get the results you must be registered with the following website(application process) icaiexam.icai.org
