Indian Exam ka pattern kya hai
The pattern of Indian exams is different for different exams . Mainly, the exams can be divided into two main categories: Entrance exams and Government jobs.
Pattern of Entrance Examinations:
I.I.T.-JEE:
This exam is conducted in two stages: JEE Main and JEE Advanced. In JEE Main, there are multiple choice questions (MCQs) and it is conducted online. JEE Advanced also has multiple choice questions, but this exam is tougher and requires more analytical ability.
NEET:
This exam is for medical entrance and consists of multiple choice questions. Questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology are asked in the exam.
CET:
It is conducted by various state governments and also consists of multiple choice questions. This exam is for admission into engineering, pharmacy and other courses.
IISER:
This exam is for the students who have passed class 12th in Science stream. It consists of 60 multiple choice questions and the exam duration is 3 hours.
Pattern of Exams for Government Jobs:
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC):
The Civil Services Examination (IAS, IPS, etc.) conducted by UPSC takes place in three stages: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview.
preliminary examination: It consists of two papers: General Studies Paper 1 and General Studies Paper 2 (CSAT). CSAT paper is qualifying in nature.
Main Exam: It consists of 9 papers, out of which 2 are language papers (qualifying) and 7 papers are added to the merit.
Interview: This is the final stage and in this the personality of the candidates is tested.
Staff Selection Commission (SSC):
Examinations are conducted by SSC for various posts, like CGL, CHSL, etc. These exams consist of multiple choice questions.
Banking Exams:
Like IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, etc. These exams are also multiple choice questions and questions are asked from English, Mathematics, Reasoning and General Awareness.

Marks allotted to each question and negative marking (if applicable).
Mode of Exam:
The exam may be conducted in Hindi or English or both.
Time Limit:
Time allotted to complete the test.
